  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried dill
  • Dried chives

To make the Cobb Salad you will need

  • Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • Chopped, cooked chicken breast
  • Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • Hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Green onions, sliced

To make the Cobb Salad DRessing you mix all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl – it’s so easy!

How to Layer the Salad

  1. In the trifle bowl, layer the ingredients in this order: lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, boiled eggs, dressing, bacon, blue cheese, and green onions.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients 

For the Cobb Salad dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk

For the Salad

  • 1 head romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 3 cups chopped (cooked chicken breast)
  • 3 roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 3 boiled eggs (peeled and diced)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ¾ cup blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
