- 2 fresh jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
