Easy Homemade Vegan Eggnog

It’s creamy, delicious, dairy-free and healthier than traditional eggnog!

– 1 ½ cup coconut milk – ½ cup coconut cream – ¼ cup raw cashew – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – ½ tsp vanilla extract – ½ tsp ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp nutmeg – 1/3 cup spiced rum (optional)

Step 1

Add all ingredients, except the spiced rum, into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the blended ingredients to a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Make sure to keep whisking, so it doesn’t get lumpy. Cook for about 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool off.

Once cooled off, blend again and then pour through a strainer, to remove all lumps.

Add your spiced rum (optional)
