Being a busy sports family means we have very little time to devote to preparing dinners. This is why we rely often on sheet pan dinners. They’re so easy to make that even my teenagers can bake them when they get home from school – having meals teenagers can make on their own makes my life so much easier!

Another great thing about them is that they only use one pan! My teens certainly appreciate having less dishes to wash 🙂 . I also love how the flavours all kind of combine and mesh on the pan… not in a bad way but in a true, put together meal way!

These healthy sheet pan chicken recipes are amazing fresh out of the oven but are really great as leftovers as well. Repurpose as is, eat over grains, or eat over greens for a lunch salad – the options are endless!
