Ingredients for Cucumber Hummus Bites Appetizer

To make this healthy and delicious appetizer you’ll need:

  • English cucumber sliced
  • Hummus (you can use the original flavor or your favorite flavor – my favourite is garlic hummus)
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to make this healthy Cucumber Hummus Bites appetizer

These Cucumber Hummus Bites are simple to prepare, basic enough that most people like them but still a little bit creative and light. There’s 6 simple steps to make these:

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber and tomatoes
  2. Slice the cucumber in slices, about ¼ inch, and cut the tomato in half
  3. Spread about 1 tsp of hummus on the cucumber slices
  4. Add one half of tomatoes on top of each slice
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and fresh parsley
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
