Ingredients for Cauliflower Broccoli Salad

What makes this broccoli cauliflower salad so easy is that the ingredients are easy to find in the grocery store – and most of them you’ll already have on hand.

  • Broccoli – cut your broccoli up into bite sized pieces, or buy a bag of pre-cut broccoli florets
  • Cauliflower – pull your cauliflower apart into bite sized pieces or chop it up. You’ll want the broccoli and the cauliflower to be similar sized.
  • Red onion – there’s no such thing around here as a small red onion, so you’ll only need 1/2 of one.
  • Toasted Sliced Almonds – I like to toss in a handful of Fresh Gourmet Sliced Toasted Almonds for that extra bit of crunch
  • Bacon – Sometimes I fry up three slices of bacon for this salad in my air fryer, and sometimes I cheat and use Oscar Mayor Real Bacon Bits
  • Lite Mayonnaise – I use Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise in the squeeze bottle because it makes it easier to get out of the bottle
  • White Vinegar – makes the dressing thinner
  • White Sugar – sweeten the dressing for this salad with a little bit of white sugar
