Step 1: Start by assembling the pear turkey body. Place the pear at the center of a large serving platter or board, with the narrow end facing forward.
Step 2: Insert two small mozzarella balls into the narrow end of the pear to create the eyes. Place two small black olive slices on top of the mozzarella balls for the pupils.
Step 3: Use a small triangle-shaped piece of carrot as the beak, positioning it just below the eyes.
