You may remember that almost a month ago my youngest daughter Amber and I enjoyed some mother-daughter bonding time making Energizing Peanut Butter Snack Bites. We had a blast and greatly enjoyed the fruits of our labour together.

We shared many laughs with each other as we mixed and rolled (and sampled) the Peanut Butter Banana Energy Balls that we made with Kraft Peanut Butter. Amber was having so much fun with me that I managed to convince her that folding laundry with me while the peanut butter hardened in the fridge for 30 min was part of the whole process. (Don’t tell her otherwise). Make together, Stick together.

Amber and I had so much making and sticking together, that we made up a batch of these Fruit-n-Nut Peanut Butter Energy Balls just this past weekend.  They were so delicious, however the energy AMber gained from them had her bouncing off of the walls for hours 🙂

I would most definitely have some chocolate chips in mine, some nuts and maybe stick some Cheerios or other whole grain cereal for some crunch !

    1. Is there a way to bake these or coat them

      1. Janice - Salads for Lunch says:

Hi Esther, You could try coating them with toasted coconut, but baking these would melt the peanut butter.
