How to make healthy limeade popsicles

This homemade popsicle recipe comes together in about 10 minutes, plus freezing time of about 5 hours or longer (depending on your freezer).

  1. In a small pan, bring water to a simmer and whisk in sugar until completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Stir in fresh lime juice and optional lime zest until fully incorporated.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle mold.
  5. Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.

  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
  • Lime zest, optional

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, bring water to a simmer and whisk in sugar until completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Stir in fresh lime juice and optional lime zest until fully incorporated.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle mold.

Notes
