To make this easy winter salad with leftover turkey you will need
- Spring salad mix
- Cooked turkey breast, sliced or cubed
- Bartlett pears, sliced or cubed
- Avocados, sliced or cubed
- Red onion, sliced thin
- Pomegranate seeds
- Gorgonzola cheese
- Honey-roasted pecan halves
For the Gorgonzola dressing you will need:
- Olive oil
- Crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- White wine vinegar
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

How to make this pear salad recipe

- 3 medium bartlett pears, sliced or cubed
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced or cubed
- ½ small red onion, sliced thin
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- ½ cup honey-roasted pecan halves
