1. Leftover Turkey Stew
This is a simple method for taking those last little bits of turkey and turning them into something hearty and filling at the same time. The addition of a ton of potatoes takes the focus off of the turkey and puts it on the vegetables which, in this case is exactly where it belongs.

2. Leftover Turkey Bake
This moist casserole is a great way to finish extra turkey. Dotted with pretty cranberries, the satisfying hot dish is a perfect way to warm chilly winter nights.

3. Leftover Turkey Jambalaya
Turkey’s gaminess compliments the andouille and holds its own against the cajun spices. Aargersi also includes smoked paprika, a smart touch. Don’t be put off by the ingredient list, which calls for Zatarains rice, Abita Amber or Joe’s stuff. Use what you can find.

4. Leftover Turkey Tetrazzini
This retro casserole uses up leftover turkey in a tangle of egg noodles, button mushrooms and cheesy sauce with delicious results. Baked in one pan, or divided into individual ramekins, it’s sure to become an annual post-holiday tradition. Use both white and dark turkey meat, as the dark meat will add moisture.

5. Turkey Artichoke Panini
It’s a terrific way to use up leftover spinach artichoke dip, or an excuse to make some up…try Low Fat Spinach and Artichoke Dip or Skinny Spinach Artichoke Dip to cut out some of the fat.

6. Leftover Turkey Broccoli Divan
Our quick and easy recipe, featuring turkey, broccoli and just the right amount of Cheddar cheese makes for a divine Turkey Divan.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday but the leftovers can be overwhelming! I hope these recipes help spark some ideas on how to use up the leftover turkey and that you had an amazing day with your family and friends!
