Protein shake for Mommy – She made it herself!

I love this time of year… Because it means that Spring is right around the corner! In fact, I even saw some tulips trying to poke up in my garden! I always feel a sense of accomplishment when Spring comes – a sigh of oh-my-goodness-I-made-it-through-another-winter!! LOL!

  4. Loving this smoothie recipe, Janice. It’s that much more important to make your own smoothie recipes at home especially when you have kids. Instilling healthy eating habits to kids at a very young age will go a long way!
BTW, I’ll go for the kale flavor.

Mmm… green monster smoothies are a hit in my house as well. We make ours with pinapple, orange, banana, yogurt and spinach. Yum!

When our strawberries are ready I will try your version. 🙂
