My Favourite Junk Food

Yesterday’s August Healthy Living/Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge posts were really fun to read ” a few of you mentioned that you’d like to workout with the ever-so-dreamy Bob Harper – did you know that Kristin from Stuftmama actually has?! What a lucky girl she is, ’cause man is he ever cute!

So freaking cute!!

But today we’re no longer talking about celebrity crushes ” instead we’re talking about our favourite JUNK food.   Yeah yeah this is supposed to be the Healthy Living / Fitness Blogger challenge, but come on ” we all have a vice (or vices) don’t we?   I ‘ll share mine first:

I know ” it’s not the LEAST bit healthy. But it’s my FAVOURITE. I don’t have it often (once every 6 months if I ‘m lucky), but I made my hubby go buy me one today just because I was writing this post.

So tell me ” What’s YOUR favourite JUNK food?

    I have a thing for diet Mt Dew even though I know how bad it is! I try to limit myself too but it is so good especially on hot afternoons.

    I can’t live without my afternoon Pepsi Max or Diet Dr. Pepper. I need my caffeine fix. I need at least one vice, right? Here’s my junk food weakness.

    I finally weaned myself from soda, but I was only a Diet Coke addict… and while I’ve been blogging every day, I haven’t covered your topics and I’ve loved your topics… so today I catch up. And, Bob is on my list too.

    Well I am all about seeing how close to the line I can get without going over. I don’t even like Diet Coke that much but I can;t have it because I have a hiatus hernia. The thing is I can often get away with it with no illness. I guess I just really hate to be told no!

    I’m surprised how many of you ladies put down pop/soda.. I can give that stuff up in a heartbeat, seeing as I usually only treat myself to one pop every few months or so, and that’s usually with a side of pizza or hamburgers.

    My favourite junk food is definitely chocolate chip cookies! And curse those grocery stores for always having the Chips Ahoy or Pepperidge Farm ones on sale!

    I used to really love soda…but recently I’ve gotten away from it, to the point where I can’t drink a whole can (or even half of it!) But I have other weaknesses =(

    Nice post, I think that junk food can be countered by fiber food. Fiber foods are nutritious foods and can maintain health for long.

    Cafffeine free diet coke. I know…it’s horrible! But oh…my…gosh… Love that stuff. Oh and Sprite Zero – which for some reason tastes a LOT better than regular Sprite to me… weird, but true.
