Trying to Lose Weight?

Trying to lose weight or even maintain weight can be hard and frustrating.  Trust me – I know.  After last year’s marathon I’ve been struggling with my own weight.  Despite training consistently through the winter my weight slowly crept up and up and my performance suffered. As you know, I was able to break through the plateau and ran a half marathon personal best recently.

    It’s really hard to lose weight or even maintain it. The main solution for that is discipline in everything you do. Trust me I’ve been there done that.
