Never Underestimate the Power of Yoga

My good friend and co-worker, K, sent a link to this YouTube video out to all of us at work today. Arthur’s transformation that started with “just yoga” sure is inspiring and was definitely the inspiration I needed today. I didn’t feel like working out on my lunch, or see the value in it, but Arthur has shown that every small effort adds up to BIG changes and benefits to our overall health, mental well being and happiness:

If he can do it, then so can the rest of us!

NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

I keep hearing so many good things about yoga. I’ve gone to a beginner class and it was ok. I feel like I just need to suck it up and make it a regular thing.

Love me some Yoga… it’s definietly something everyone should try at least once. It can be a little intimidating to do in a large group, but they have plenty of at-home dvds or YouTube videos to get people started. Heck, do it on the Wii or XBox.

    Great Share.
