Confession – I took this entire week off of working out. I feel blah. Maybe it’s from not being active? Or eating too much junk? Either way, I need to re-commit.
So I signed this declaration over at Commitment Day (http://www.commitmentday.com/):
I KNOW that I’m so much easier to get along with when I’m being active. I can also think clearer, and little things are far less stressful.
Why did I take the week off? No clue.
I wasn’t super busy (though I did do two wordpress.com to self-hosted WordPress transfers). I just “wasn’t in the mood”. Over-tired from staying up too late and doing nothing productive at all.
We all have weeks like that right?
I’m not going to list out a bunch of empty promises here, though I do have a workout plan. I WILL commit to it. Scratch that – I AM COMMITTED TO IT! I
want to NEED TO (for the sake of my entire family) be more active this week.
