A Fun New Playlist For Your Spring Training

I know lots of people who workout and run without music, but for me, I just can’t do it. I need a fast beat to pump me up. I also need a fresh new playlist for every training cycle. Besides the fact that music has been proven to increase training intensity, it also makes me so HAPPY!

Sometimes a sucktastic workout is made better just by the music you listen to. Previously I’ve shared my awesome fall marathon playlist, so this time I thought I would share with a fresh new music playlist to motivate you through your training this spring:

    Ahh…I love having a new playlist! I have been thinking of making a new one!

    One of my favorite workout songs (preferably for spin) is Turbulence by Lil’ Jon and Steve Aoki. It get’s me so pumped up! 🙂

    I love music… when I am walking/jogging … I have to listen to music, it makes it more fun and I think less about how tired I might be and how I just want to keep going to hear the next song… music is awesome xox

    Fun! I don’t run with music outside most of the time (sometimes I’ll pop in one earbud on a long run) but the treadmill and other workouts really need music!

      I need to get used to running without music too otherwise 70.3 will be excruciatingly LONG!
