HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

This year I’m planning on doing the Mississauga 1/2 marathon, and possibly the Ottawa Half-Marathon too (I’m being a bit ambitious). You can follow my training plan and progress with the calendar (embedded from Google Calendar):

Legend:
Red – Planned Run
Blue – Actual Run
Green – Core Strengthening Workout (to be done on a stability ball)
Yellow/Orange – Races
Purple – Canadian Holidays

    I did my planning for 2010 a few weeks ago, you know if the pregnancy goes well and all. Good luck to you and your plan. I wish you a healthy year!!

      Thanks Kia! Good luck with your planning! I ran for 5 months of both of my pregnancies, but found I had major separation anxiety from my kids, so it took a considerable amount of time until I was ready to leave them to go run.
