Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars Review + Giveaway #OnMyPath

Now, most of you know that I have been focusing more on real foods and am moving away from bars and shakes, BUT there are definitely times when I need to grab something QUICK when I am running out the door for an early morning run OR when I get hungry while cheering my girl on at softball OR when I am so addicted to something that I just can’t stop eating it…..which definitely happened with these Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars!

Here’s my Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars Review:

Have you tried the new Qi'a superfood snack bars? Check them out if you love coconut, seeds and all the good stuff! #organic #OnMyPath

Every bar starts with superfood ingredients like chia, hemp, and coconut, and offers 4-6 grams of protein, 4-6 grams of fibre, and lower sugar than most energy bars at 6-9 grams.

Besides being incredibly delicious, the ingredients are great too.  Each of the bars are certified gluten-free, organic and non-GMO project verified!  Each bar is approximately 190 calories, so you can feel good knowing that this is a super food choice.

Here’s a close-up of the ingredient list from the Mocha Cocoa Hazelnut bar:

Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars come in 5 delicious flavours:

Dark Chocolate Cranberry Almond – Rich dark chocolate chunks (Fair Trade, of course) and crunchy almonds with a burst of tart, juicy cranberries – finally, a snack bar that delivers superfoods for lasting energy.

Roasted Peanut Dark Chocolate – With roasted peanut-y goodness and rich Fair Trade dark chocolate chunks, this snack bar puts a superfood twist on a classic flavour with chia and hemp for lasting energy.

Mocha Cocoa Hazelnut – A superfood energy fix with decadent dark chocolate covered cocoa nibs, rich hazelnuts, and Fair Trade coffee. Unique flavours paired with powerful nutrition in the perfect snack bar for lasting energy.

Blueberry Cashew Pumpkin Seed – Creamy and crunchy, this superfood snack bar features protein-packed nuts and seeds with antioxidant blueberries for a refreshing sweet-yet-tart flavour.

Nuts & Seeds & Sea Salt – A snack bar full of protein-packed nuts and seeds for lasting energy with a hint of sea salt and just a touch of natural sweetness – this must be how superheroes fuel their days.

My personal favourite was the Blueberry Cashew Pumpkin Seed:

These bars are seriously delicious, and healthy!  I wish that the schools would allow nuts so that I can send them to school with the kids for their nutrition break, but fortunately for me they don’t so all the more bars for me 🙂
