What’s in Your Gym Bag?

Hey guys! I’m a day behind in posting the August Healthy Living / Fitness Blogger posts and for that I apologize. I arrived safe and sound in Boston last night, after a very uneventful flight and am finding it weirdly quiet here without the kiddos. I had a fantastic breakfast this morning at the DoubleTree Bedford Hotel (mmmmm Irish Steelcut Oats) and we’re about to head into downtown Boston, for some shopping, walking and to fulfill one of my dreams: to watch a Red Sox game at Fenway Park.

Today we’re writing about what’s in our gym bags:

Typically my gym bag carries:

  1. My running shoes (Asics)
  2. A tank top (Pictured is my favourite Lululemon tank< )/li>
  3. Addidas shorts (though sometimes it’s my running skirt, but I had to pack lightly for this trip, and my shorts are smaller)
  4. Old Navy sports socks
  5. Fuel belt for carrying my iphone in when I run
  6. iPhone
  7. Ear buds
  8. And my weight gloves:

    (I forgot to bring them along with me this trip)
  9. Clean Water Bottle (not pictured because it was too big to carry on the plane)

    OK, I try to put my stuff on me and in my hands when I go to the gym,lol, just because I walk from the car straight into it but here are the things that would be in the bag if I carried one:
    water bottle
    neoprene shorts
    neoprene waist
    weight lifting belt
    gloves
    my workouts list of the day
    pen to write down the weight
    gloves
    iPod
    towel
    change of clothes
    *when I workout before clients, I also have my breakfast with me so I eat it after I am done with my workout but before they come because we all know how important it is to feed the machine
