    I love these videos with the main points being illustrated as you watch.
    And the message is inspirational as you say.. I mean, how many people can say that they cannot limit their sitting and sleeping to just 23 and a half hours a day?
    (you see, I did watch the video through to the end)

    Incredibly informative. It’s amazing how little 30min is, yet how much people complaint they can’t spare 30min. Next time you want to put 30min in perspective, see how fast your BEST half-hour TV soap opera ends!! That’s the time we’re asking you to spare for exercising!!

    I’ve very disappointed this post has gotten only 4 readers’ comments. It’s a shame! If we can’t find 10min to watch this video, then we sure can’t find 30min to save our lives.
