I know… I wasn’t supposed to be doing anything. Rest & recovery are important too.
Unfortunately, resting makes me feel like a sloth and my mind goes to a dark fuzzy place when I’m not moving around & getting my sweat-on. Am I the only one this happens to?
But now I’m ready – ready to shake away the fog and get moving. I have goals and wishes and desires – I got the all-clear from my Dr, so I’m ready to get back to being ME! Will you join me?
I’m ready to no longer be the Not-so-fit Fitness Cheerleader. And here’s my plan (because fitness just doesn’t happen, you need to PLAN it):
- Sunday: Week 1, Day 1 Couch to 5K AND Day 1 30 Day Shred
- Monday: Day 2 30 Day Shred
- Tuesday: Week 1, Day 2 Couch to 5K AND Day 3 30 Day Shred
- Wednesday: Day 4 30 Day Shred
- Thursday: Week 1, Day 3 Couch to 5K AND Day 5 30 Day Shred
- Friday: Day 6 30 Day Shred
- Saturday: REST!

I was VERY active, running & doing my Bootcamp class – my arms & legs were fitter than they had been in years! Unfortunately muscle is lost very quickly if you don’t use it – so it’s totally time for me to use it and there’s no point in waiting until 2011 to get back to a routine.
So yeah – time for me to move & groove again, what about you? Will you be moving and grooving along with me this week?
