September Healthy Living / Fitness Blogger Writing Challenge

Last month I ran my first ever blogger writing challenge – to blog every day for a month, and it went really well! I met some amazing, and inspirational bloggers that I’m pretty sure I would not have met/stumbled upon if it weren’t for the challenge. I had so much fun with it that I’ve decided to run the challenge again in September, and I’d LOVE for you to join in too:

Here’s what you do:

  1. Add a new post to your blog (there’s a list of suggested topics below in case you get stuck)
  2. Share your post in my comments for that day.
  3. Read, comment & share others’ posts.
  4. Rinse, lather and repeat for each day of the month.

Day 18 Does Nike’s ‘Greatness’ ad exploit fat people? (>

Day 20 List your 5 new-to-you healthy food options
Day 21 Are you a coffee drinker?
Day 22 What would you put in your fitness survival kit?
Day 23 How many hours do you sleep at night?
Day 24 Have you ever fallen for a fitness “gimmick”?
Day 25 What is something that you do well?
Day 26 What is one area of your fitness that you’d like to improve upon?
Day 27 Do you use any meal replacements or shakes?
Day 28 Have you ever done a home workout video? If so, which ones are your favourite?
