So tomorrow I want you to manage stress that’s brought on by time urgency.
For me, this is the morning rush to get the girls ready for school/daycare, leaving the house and dropping them off. I swear my blood pressure rises every morning while I try to herd my cats (feed & dress the kids) and get to work “on time”. In order to manage that stress I’m preparing lunches tonight, and going to bed early in order to wake up earlier. (hence why this post is short)
