31 Days to a Healthier You

Getting Ready for Your Healthiest Year Ever!

Hi guys! Are you ready for your healthiest year ever?  I know that I sure am, and it all starts TOMORROW!!

There are a whopping SIXTY of us working through the 31 one day challenges together. Some of the changes/challenges require some prep (ie: grocery shopping etc), so I made up the schedule to share with you – Here’s the 31 DAYS TO A HEALTHIER YOU  Calendar in all of it’s Google Calendar glory:

Tomorrow we’ll kick off the  31 Days to  Your Healthiest Year Ever  by developing our SMART goals – I don’t believe in resolutions because they lack an action plan, but I am all in favor of goal setting. None of us are perfect (not even me) and setting goals is a great way to improve. In my post tomorrow I’ll introduce you to SMART goal setting and will also share a goal setting worksheet with you. As we ring in the New Year tonight I’d like you to think about your 3 goals that you’d like to accomplish this year – they can either be worked on concurrently, or consecutively. (HINT: mine are consecutive goals that build on each other).

With that said, I’d like to wish you all a safe and very Happy New Year – see you next year my friends!

    This is such a great idea! I love how each day there is something completely different to do – as opposed to saying you are going to work out for 30 days (which can get boring after a week or two!)…Best of luck to everyone in the challenge – and Happy New Year!

    I am getting married March 3 and would like to drop 30 pounds. I ran a marathon just 3 years ago and since then have gained 40 lbs. Time to get back in shape 🙂
