31 Days to a Healthier You

31 Days to Your Healthiest Year Ever!

Everyone can stick with a change for one day.  So what if I challenged you to stick with a different healthy change every day for 31 days?

Could you do it?

Could you:

  • Give up soda for one day?
  • Drink more water for one day?
  • Do 30min of Cardio for one day?
  • Say “no” to sugar for one day?
  • Do 30 min of strengthening exercises for one day?
  • Go to bed 30 min earlier for one day?

(These are just a few examples)

Starting January 1st I’ll post a new change EVERY DAY for 31 days.

    Great initiative!
    I hope your readers will stick to it. As for the second challenge re: water; for what it’s worth, more water daily means “at least half of your body weight in ounces”. So for instance if one weighs 150lbs, one should drink at least 75 ounces of water a day.

    I drink this amount every single day and I can testify of the health miracles of water (this oh so underrated natural medicine)!!
